Batik is one of precious heritage in Indonesia culture. There are many Batik styles in Indonesia. Every year we celebrate Batik day on October 2nd. During the Batik day, majority of Indonesia wore Batik shirt or dress. Offices change their uniform to Batik. We also got busy with Batik project for Kumi. We want to share how we made Kumi’s batik costume with you all.

We were aproached by NorthReal .inc to do some redesign of their product called Kanubee. Kanubee is an image editor focusing real estate photos. We were worked on redesigning the mascot of Kanubee and interface overhaul. Working on the icons and user interface was very fun experience.

Last month we got a great project, we assigned to design a magazine for muslim kids in USA, called NoorKids Magazine. The magazine is aimed for children age between 3-8 years old. The content is filled with Islam teaching. What’s great about the project is our freedom to create the character design, and the illustrations.

New version of Firefox 4 were launched a while back ago, with a lot of creative new features. Indonesia has a biggest number of Firefox users in the world, that’s why the new version is greeted with a applause. Like many other country, Indonesia Firefox also have our own mascot, we named it Kumi. We created Kumi in September 2010, and we’re very proud that now Kumi is quite famous in Indonesia. In Mozilla Roadshow Firefox 4 Roadshow that will be held in Bandung on March 1st 2011, The Mozilla Community give us very rare opportunity to hold presentation about “The Making of Kumi”. And, we also created 4 new costumes for Kumi, because he have to look at its best at Mozilla Firefox 4 Roadshow.

Several months have passed since we published our works. Over two months ago we were entrusted to create a mascot for 2DNN, named Nokiko. 2DNN is a site owned by Armand Datema specially made theme for DotNetNuke.

Petshopbox studio created official ThemeWarrior mascot. It’s inspired by a javanese puppet character who is famous for his superhero ability, Gatot Kaca.
